Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times

Average delivery times depend on destination and carrier:

• USA: 3–7 business days.
• Europe: 5–12 business days.
• Rest of world: 7–21 business days.

Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.

Tracking

All orders receive a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address

If the customer enters an incorrect address:

• We are not responsible for lost packages.
• The customer must pay any reshipment fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier. We assist with disputes but cannot issue refunds until a carrier investigation is resolved.

Customs & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.
