Little Pi offers an extended warranty on all our magnetic tiles to ensure your peace of mind. We guarantee that each product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty parts. In some cases, we may request the defective part be returned for evaluation.
Exclusions from Coverage:
The extended warranty covers only the replacement of parts and excludes the following:
- Products not purchased directly from Little Pi.
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from extended wear and tear beyond normal use.
- Damage resulting from tampering, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
- Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or other damages.
